Tarrazú might be the most famous of the regions in Costa Rica: Its high altitudes contribute to its coffees’ crisp acidity. This particular coffee "El Conquistador" is a trademarked coffee of La Minita hailing from the micro-region of Dota . It has the classic piquant acidity and lively winey flavor expected of that region's best coffees.
