This isolated farm, founded in 1895, is located in the western highlands of Guatemala. In addition to growing coffee, this producer supports neighboring towns through health and social projects. Today, this coffee is known as "Cafe de la Paz", or "Coffee of Peace". Hailing from Huehuetenango, this coffee will show distinct acidity and fruit flavors
